Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Knoxville Northwest

Stayed over on a one-night break on our road trip and honestly this place was way better than our destination hotel! Absolutely no complaints. The breakfast was decent, there's a water cooler in the lobby, and everyone I interacted with was very nice.

AWESOME! Best hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. Front desk was great, friendly and welcoming. Met the managers as we were leaving and they thanked us for staying there. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect, because it's right off the highway. My only "complaint" is that I feel bad for the people who work at the front desk, since they only have 1 person each shift. They were all very friendly and helpful, but there's no backup available for them. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! Staff made me feel like family! Rooms were clean and beds comfy.

Just checked in and Elijah was at the front desk and was AWESOME ! He got me a room on the opposite side of Interstate 75 which helps eliminate any road noise. I did notice some tents and other encampments on the outskirts of the property close to I75 and on the south side of building between Red Lobster and Fairfield property . Nothing that Marriott can probably do; but hopefully lighting in parking lot is pretty bright at night . Room was clean and in good condition . Looking forward to the stay !

Right off highway up the hill Prices were the average as we called around Looked clean and smelled clean with plenty of room for us and our bags. Breakfast was hot with lots of delicious variety. We would stay there again Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around too if needed.

I travel for business and try to always stay at a Marriott hotel to get my points. I would definitely recommend coming here because their breakfast has a wide variety of food and some unique offerings. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And the rooms are super clean as was the rest of the hotel. There is highway noise, but most of the people here were traveling for business, and it was very quiet. There’s great freeway access which is always helpful but then you have freeway noise. So you take the good with the bad. I’ll definitely be back .

One night Stay April 25-26, 2025. We were here for a Gymnastics competition. Our daughter competed hours after check out time, but they extended our time with no problem. Parking- Plenty of parking. However, part of the parking lot was flooded. When we cam back later after dinner, it looked like it was draining slowly. They need bigger drains and get someone to clean them. Check-In/Lobby- The lobby looked clean and bright. The lady checking us in was not hospitable whatsoever. No eye contact, no communication. Just can I see your ID, fiddled through the drawer, here's your keys. Room- The room was very spacious and I must say, outside of one other hotel we've stayed in in the past, this was one of the cleanest rooms we have ever been in. I mean down to the carpet! So great job to the cleaning team and thank you. The one thing I did noticed and hate is having used toilet paper from the previous guests. Hotels really need to replace it with a fresh roll. There is free breakfast, but I didn't have any. I would stay here again. It's close to what I assume is downtown Knoxville. I will say, there are a lot of unhoused people walking up and down the road. No fault of the hotel of course. I just wish cities would help people more.
